Dallas/Ft. Worth added light rail and when they did, I thought they were simply wasting tax money. However, it has turned out to be a nice alternative and there are many more riders than I would have ever thought. There are also a number of large businesses that have relocated in order to be near a stop, especially in the mid-cities areas.
