Absolutely not. Although lichen Planus is an auto immune disease it is not cancerous. I have had LP of the skin off and on for many years. I am now in remission after getting over an outbreak that lasted 4 months. Instead of treating my symptoms the convention way I took matters into my own hands and went all natural and healed very quickly by watching what I ate, taking acidophilus and magnesium supplements.
