Is Lehigh a good school?
Lehigh is a very good school for somethings. Engineering is what Lehigh made its name on and the mascot used to be an engineer. The school was actuallly founded for the sole purpose of training engineers for Bethlehem Steel (which used to be right down the hill from LU if you knwo anything about Bethlehem). In recent years Lehigh has also developed a very good buisness school, and I was told that it’s top 30 in the nation. Lehigh is a pretty prestigious degree, especially for an engineer. It’s also a bit of a party school. A lot of rich kids go to Lehigh, the type the doesn’t really care. There’s a LOT of drinking and a good ammount of drugs there. So I don’t know if your looking for that kind of school. The cops here in Bethlehem also really like busting Lehigh parties for some reason, but I personally think there are bigger problems that they could deal with such as gangs and drugs on the southside.
