Is Legal Studies or Business law degree in the skilled occupation list?
There are a number of occupations that those degrees could qualify you for, but you also need 12 months experience in any SOL occupation in order to meet the mandtory basic eligibility requirements and many people also need 3 years of experience in their nominated occupation to be able to earn enough points to pass the points test. For many occupations, you must also have relevant experience before you can get the positive skills assessment which is mandatory before you can lodge a visa application.
