Laser treatment is pending FDA approval for toe nail fungus at this time, but carries a 510K FDA clearance thru dentistry and other medical specialties. The current use of laser to treat onychomycosis is off-label. Does my insurance pay for this? Currently this procedure is not included as a health insurance benefit.
