Is language an issue in conducting an international investigation?
No. We make every attempt to conduct our investigations in English, but in some countries this is difficult, if not impossible. In these instances, we use local operatives who are native language speakers or utilize a translation service that covers over 170 languages worldwide and will, in real time, translate our investigations over the phone while we are conducting them.
