The USADA wanted Landis to give incriminating evidence that said that Lance Armstrong used performance enhancers, and in return Landis would get the minimum sentence for breaking the doping rules.

I’m not sure if Landis cheated given that the governing bodies are relentless in their quest to incriminate Armstrong.The more that I believe he did cheat the more I disbelieve it every time Armstrong’s name is mentioned.The French are such fags.
