Lucy Lane is Lois’s sister. Lana Lang (the last name is the big give away) is Clark Kent and Superboy’s girl friend when he was a teen. There is absolutely no family relationship between Lois and Lana. However, the “LL” thing runs rampant in older Superman Comics: Lana Lane, Lucy Lane, Lex Luthor, and Lori Lemaris are a few.
