I think it would only be available on the NHS if you could show that it really was causing you great discomfort and mental upset. I hope and pray that you would not consider this for cosmetic reasons. Women come in all shapes and sizes and the ‘perfect’ labia [small, not protruding] is a myth propagated by porn images and a patriarchal society that invented another problem for women to worry about.
