Is Kundalini awakening means enlightenment?
Awakening of Kundalini certainly means a step towards enlightenment but is not enlightenment. Kundalini Shakti may rise and fall and the experiences may vary with each rise and fall, but in case of enlightenment the Shakti does not rise or fall but resides in the body itself. It will be easy to understand this concept if we can consider the body as a vessel and every time when we use the vessel, we have to wash it. The more we wash it the more cleaner it will be.
