Is Kosovo Independence A Conspiracy by Muslim Extremists?
As the clock ticks down for the day when Kosovo declares independence, a whirlwind of conspiracy theories have surfaced and resurfaced. I found another one of these theories that I thought I’d share from my favorite website for getting the pulse of the Serbian government, Serbianna. One of the main conspiracy theories is that the quest for Kosovo independence is actually a movement by muslim extremists. The conspiracy goes on that if we let muslim extremists get their country, then like dominos, muslim extremists everywhere will demand their own country. This conspiracy theory is not at the fringe of Serbian politics. That’s the scary thing.
