Is Korea a place where foreigners can realistically reach professional goals?
Professionally, yes. It is a tough market and in trying to crack it, we are in turn being educated. There are certainly easier places in the world to operate and Korea gives us some great challenges to rise up to, it is all part of the learning curve. No one has been sent here who didn’t want to be here, so I assume most foreigners arrive ready for the challenge, I find it highly motivating.
