To be successful as a TeleTech@Home associate you must have a reasonable working knowledge of computers and be proficient in maintaining internet and e-mail access. We will provide certification materials and certification tests to train you on the operational aspects of call taking for the project you will be assigned to once you are a TeleTech@Home associate.
