Is killing other people the way to go?
If you mean war when you say” killing people” then yes it is “the way to go”. War has accomplished many things, it freed the slaves, ended Nazi rule, gave birth to the USA and presently strips terrorists from rule in far off places. War is nothing to be celebrated, but it is necessary when dealing with people/place/ideas that will not listen to reason nor heed warning. It is conducted by men and women who purchase your freedoms with their blood. Do not disrespect them. Hate the war if you will, but do not hate the people bold enough to stand and fight, so you to write such things on the internet from the comfort of your home. A medal means nothing to the person who earned it, but is rather a symbol of a nation who thanks the sacrifices they made to keep her safe, and that means the world to a good soldier.
