Is KFC dinner plate a balanced diet??
No. Anything that is deemed “fast food” is usually processed foods especially the meats. Anybody who would follow a KFC diet would be in for high levels of sodium which could and probaly would lead to elevated blood pressure and other health risks. Once in a while i don’t see a problem with eating fast food such as KFC but if you eat it everyday you could end up like that guy who filmed that documentary about McDonald’s called Super Size Me! KFC still seems like a little better choice but then again it all depends on what you choose to consume. As far as a balanced diet goes this means you need to have the proper amount of items from the food pyramid. Some of KFC menu combos would include a so-called balanced diet with the exception that a lot of their items come with high levels of sodium from being frozen and sometimes higher levels of saturated fat also known as bad fat.
