Is KES responsible for a supply teacher’s performance once they are at a school?
All KES teachers have to follow our internal code of conduct which clearly outlines what standards are expected whilst on assignment. During the school day KES teachers are under the direction of the school management team. KES request detailed feedback at the end of each day on every teacher’s individual performance. Where appropriate all feedback is passed back to the teacher including any performance concerns that need to be raised.
