The reality-starring Octomom opened up to NBC News’ Natalie Morales in a new special called Her Story. In the candid chat, which aired Monday night on TLC, the mother of eight revealed that her inner circle is shrinking daily “[I trust] a very, very small group of people,” Kate told Natalie. “You almost can’t blame me. When you look around and very close trusted people who would never cash you in, for lack of better words, and those people do that and people leave your house and tell completely different stories, you tend not to trust people.” Kate says the demise of her 10-year marriage to Jon “happened so quickly … At the end of the day, I looked at him and he looked at me, and we were completely different people.” The 34-year-old acknowledges that she emasculated Jon, 32, “to a degree” during the union. “I was wrong to treat him that way. Was it good, healthy and wonderful? No. Am I proud of those moments that were captured? No,” she says.
