In order to maintain the fruit in a format as close to Mother Nature as possible, Jús International avoids the use of powders and large amounts of extracts merely to save money. Insead, the majority of our raw materials consist of crushed and diced fruit from the four corners of the earth. There is a balancing act between producing a purely preservative-free, non-pasteurized product and maintaining safety. A preservative-free product’s life span is too short to be manufactured for world-wide consumption and would pose potential safety risks to the consumer.
