Trampolining is very good exercise! It helps you build up strength in you feet, calves, legs overall, back, possibly arms, and your neck muscles. I have a trampoline and it’s really helped me out with my climbing, running, etc. I’m not sure about losing any significant amounts of weight but, you’ll definitely tone your legs.
