Is jumping on a mini-trampoline good exercise?
Yes, it’s good exercise. It’s a good cardio workout, great for the lymph system (immune system), circulation and I find I sleep better. I’m sure many folks have varied answers here. It’s not for everyone, especially if you have weak ankles. I don’t jump, I jog or do an arobic workout to my favorite music and I get down, but I dont’ get crazy. During the winter months when I can’t get out, or it’s too cold, I get my heart rate moving with my mini tram and it helps on my levels. You still need to do other excercises to work specific parts of the body. But overall for a cardio, I like it a lot. I’ve used a mini tram since the late 70’s. I had an accident in 1982 and was tossed off the back of a motorcycle. I never thought I’d be able to do a good many things again, so I was very happy when I could resume. I am careful not to overdo and if my back starts hurting, I stop and do stretches or something else to get my cardio workout. Good luck. Have fun. Be inspired. Sources: Personal experien
