When I say jump rope training, you probably got the image of a 9 year old girl jumping rope at a playground, am I right? When I was in elementary school, every single recess there would be girls skipping rope for almost the entire class period. They had so much fun and it was great exercise for them. I don’t ever remember their being one overweight girl who jump roped at recess regularly. Honestly, they were all skinny. Do these children know something that we as adults don’t? They are getting an incredible workout in just a few minutes (since they switch on and off with each other) and they’re having so much fun that they choose to do the exercise!
