Is juliette gordon low thought to be a ghost?
Juliette Gordon Low was the foundress of the Girl Scouts of America. She lived between l860-l927. It is believed she was BORN on Halloween which certainly adds some brews to the pot! When she died she had an elaborate funeral and was laid out and buried in her Girl Scout uniform. It is not known what , if any her religious affiliation was. There was some controversy about this as the GSA was an in some ways is more (Interfaith) than the Boy Scouts are, the BSA has regularily assigned Chaplains from the major faiths, the Female counterpart does not. Possboy teh Girl Scouts themselves have come up with ghost or seance myths- round the camp fire, more wholesome than, say Goatman or run-ins with sasquatch. By the way she suffered from acute hearing loss, as did the famous Duchess of Bedford (MIA and presumed dead l937) Good Ghost hunting!
