Is juicing wheatgrass really healthy?

It’s really difficult to tell if wheatgrass actually delivers any benefits. But based on the ingredients and all the studies, it *should* be beneficial and is probably not harmful, so if you enjoy it, it won’t hurt. I can’t honestly claim to have noticed any difference, but that’s true of most vitamins I take, too. Juicing it yourself can be a real pain. It’s fairly dry so you have to use a lot of it to get a decent glass. I suggest you buy it already made from a health food store, and mix it in with a vanilla protein shake. It’s an unusual taste, but it’s the way I’ve found it to be most palatable.
