That was an opinion expressed by the Apostle Paul, just as allowing divorce is the expression of man`s opinion going back to the time of Moses. Neither one is a decree established by God, read the book of Joel where God states His plan for women as far as a woman preaching is concerned. Plus, if God did not want women to carry the message of Jesus, then why was it that it was a woman that He selected to have His Angel tell of the resurrection of Jesus. Therefor your point is not backed by God nor the Bible, it`s moot.
When Adam and Eve were created they both had dominion over the things of the earth. Geneis. Then when Eve sinned she lost that equality with Adam. Then when Jesus was sacrificed for our sin he broke the curse. Once we are born into the kingdom of God, we become new creatures in Christ. In the Spirit, we find there is “neither male nor female,” just as there are no race distinctions nor class separations. The Lord looks on the hearts of His new creatures and therefore does not discriminate when He offers His love and privileges. Women are not excluded from any of God’s promises nor callings merely because of their sex.
