Is Josh Gibson worth Hawthorns pick 9?
As I said in an earlier question relating to Gibson, in my opinion he is just a ‘good’ player, he’s no star, he’s what I would call a good ordinary player (in Jack Dyers lingo). Hawthorn would be mad to give up pick 9, i heard today they have offered him a 3 year deal worth a million bucks, come on, that’s a lot of money for a bloke who ain’t going to win you a game off his own boot. Maybe their 2nd round pick as you said, but you’d definitely want a decent young bloke thrown in as well.
