Is jogging ok during pregnancy?
hello, i am 28 weeks pregnant and my doc said as long as pregnant women feel good doing what they are doing it is okay, so i still attend my aerobic classes and work out, so if you are used to jog every morning you should continue doing it, just drop a bit on speed (according to my aerobic coach the proficiency level should be between 60% and 75% of your normal) and you are just fine, pregnant women only should avoid team sports like handball or soccer as the risk of injury is higher than in other sports or start to work out if they never have, being pregnant is like doing constant sport and if you are exhausted just take a break, we are pregnant and not sick have a great pregnancy Anne
