Is JobScore an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
Not really. You can use JobScore as your applicant tracking system, but our focus is on helping you source great candidates and cooperative recruiting – not applicant tracking. We don’t have many of the features that HR wants in an ATS: approvals, permissions, process management, on-boarding and compliance. We’ve designed JobScore as lightweight sourcing system tailored to the needs of in-house recruiters- so you can focus on finding and hiring great people. Some companies, for example, use JobScore to source candidates and then export their resumes into a separate HR / tracking system.
