Is Jobcentre New Deal compulsory?
its a government incentive to reduce the number of unemployed, for example if you are on one of these so called deals, you are technically not available for work, which means that you are not on the unemployment numbers, its supposed to be compulsory but believe me, and i talk from real life experience, all you have to do is go there on a friday evening after the so called training week and you get signed in as doing the course for that week, I KNOW
