THE COMPLEXITY AND NATURE OF THE FOUNDATION WORK WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT AREAS OF CONSTRUCTION/ACCESS DREDGING ADJACENT TO THE PIER. WILL THIS BE ALLOWED FOR IN THE PERMITS AND SPECIFICATIONS?
