Is Jazz on the Green moving to Midtown Crossing?

0

ยป Yes! Jazz on the Green, a 25-year tradition in Omaha, moves from Joslyn Art Museum to Turner Park this summer — six concerts over six consecutive Thursdays. The series debuts Thursday, July 8 with a performance by Latin jazz legend Poncho Sanchez. All of the concerts are free and begin at 7 p.m. Jazz on the Green is presented by Omaha Performing Arts in partnership with Midtown Crossing and with sponsorship from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Mutual of Omaha and Omaha Steaks. In its new location, fans of Omaha Performing Arts Presents Jazz on the Green at Midtown Crossing at Turner Park will continue to enjoy perks such as the free admission and the ability to bring their own refreshments to the concerts. Ample and conveniently located parking will be available.
