Is Japanese hair straightening any good?
I have the same type of hair you do and mine is also very course. I had the Japanese hair straightening done and believe me, it works. I can just wash my hair and go or if you want to blow dry it, that’s fine. It will still be straight. It last between 4-8 months depending on how fast your hair grows. The only problem is that it takes 4 hours to get it done specially if you have thick hair. They starighten your hair with a ceramic flat iron, then put the chemicals on your hair. Then you wait some time, then they wash your hair. Afterwards, they put another type of chemical on your hair. Wait a little bit more and then they wash it again. Afterwards, the stylist just blow drys your hair. This process can cost between $150-500 depending on where you live.
