Is Jane Addams Hull House Association the same thing as the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum?
No, the Association and the Museum are different entities. The Association continues Jane Addams’ legacy through our social service programs, which serve 60,000 Chicagoans annually. You can contact us at (312) 906-8600. The Museum is operated by the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is the keeper of artifacts and historical documents of Jane Addams. The Museum is located in a one of the original buildings of the Hull House settlement house on the University of Illinois at Chicago’s campus.
