Is Jamie Kennedy going to encourage people to rap?
I think he’s going to encourage everybody to make an a** out of themselves. What’s it like to work with Jamie Kennedy? He’s great. He’s an exceptional talent. I think he’s one to reckon with in the years to come. He wrote the script and acted in it. How much freedom did he give you, being he was the writer? A lot of freedom. He’s basically hired all of us to do what we do and bring to it our own edge, and I think that’s what I tried to do. What did you bring to it? I think I bring a little Wayans-esque to it. Hopefully that comes across, and hopefully everybody enjoys it. What’s up next for you? Right now I’m going on hiatus. I work for a show called My Wife and Kids – I’m a writer and director over there. We’re about to go down for a couple of months. Then the Wayans family has a couple more projects in development. Within the next year or two, you should be hearing a lot of noise from us. So out of writing, directing, and acting, which one are you more passionate about? I’m passionat
