Is ITIL Foundation certification a prerequisite to Eurotil workshops ?
Workshop implies hard interaction and cooperation between. That means homogeneous group with a quite same level of experience for attendees. Attendees must have a good level of knowledge and/or experience of the involved problem area (able to talk, discuss and deal with). ITIL Foundation certification is there to ensure or validate a good level of understanding without having to evaluate it. If an attendee doesnt have the certification, it is even possible to evaluate its level of skills for the selected problem area or topic (for example, how many years or operational work on the selected session topic ?). If some attendees dont have the required level of knowledge, the workshop becomes a more formal training session with hundred of sentences and pictures on slides, because we need to explain the meaning of all words before placing the sessions into the reality.
