Is it worth the extra expense to get a VIP tour or stay at an on-site hotel and get no-wait access to the rides?
This is a very interesting question. One thing to remember when purchasing a hotel room or a VIP tour is that there is no such thing as no-wait access except when the parks are at their least crowded. These extra cost items can greatly reduce your wait and in some instances, yes, it will be no-wait. Keep in mind that you are not the only one doing this. If it is part of a hotel package remember there are thousands of others with the same package and some of them will be at the same ride as you. If, fifty people show up at a ride they will not stop the regular line to accommodate all of them so there will be a little wait. On the other hand, if you vacation during a period when hardly anyone else goes, you will probably have practically no-wait lines with or without the package.
