Is it worth starting an eBay business/shop currently?
At the moment due to the current economic climate sales on ebay are down because there is a lot less money around, my advice is unless your items are unique (there arent any on ebay) or really cheap then I would ride out the problems at the moment and then open it. You could spend the time thinking of how you want your shop to look and a good name. Fees are not only reduced for ebay shops but you dont have a time limit on your items so you can list them till they sell, before you can open a shop though you need 5 positive feedback so you could list say 5-10 of your items to get the feedback and it will also give you an idea of how the items will sell.
