Is it worth saving money to get the 150 MHz XPi instead of the 166?

No. As noted above, the 150 MHz version utilizes a slower front size bus and PCI bus than the 166, does not have MMX capabilities, houses a slower (6x speed) CD-ROM, and is limited to 48 MB of RAM (as opposed to 80 MB), so performance will be lackluster in comparison. I have also read somewhere (tell me if I’m wrong) that the P150ST retains some heating issues that were resolved in the later versions (I’ve been told that the P150ST’s processor consumed more than 8 watts of power, while the M166ST’s — and the M133ST, I would presume — consumed around 6 watts). If anything, I would say get the M133ST over the P150ST if money is an issue.
