Is it worth considering emissions sources other then major roads and part A and B industries?
The answer depends on a local judgement about the magnitude of these activities in your area. Sources in this category which may possibly be significant in relation to AQ objectives in certain particular circumstances are: domestic coal combustion, larger boilers, larger airports, (diesel) railway termini or depots near residences, shipping in-port abutting residences, etc. Smaller airfields, heritage railways, off-road vehicles and emissions from biogenic or natural sources are most unlikely to be significant in this context.
