Is it unhealthy for my menstruation cycle to not be regular even though I started ten years ago?
Every woman is different. Having a cycle that is “not regular” might be normal for you. It would be a good idea to discuss it with your doctor, so you can rule out any health issues that may be causing it. If there is nothing else causing it, and it’s just the way your body works, then there is nothing unhealthy about it. You can, though, consider whether hormonal birth control (like the pill, the patch, etc) may be helpful to you because they will regulate your cycle. Talk to a doctor about it, they should be able to help more.
