Is it true the violence in television and video games changes kids behavior?

I think it desensitizes them to violence, which may be unhealthy, but I don’t think that it changes their behavior. I believe that as long as they have a strong positive adult/parental influence in their life their behavior won’t mirror what they see on TV and in games. When there’s no parent around explaining that what they see and are able to do isn’t real, that’s where the problem comes in.
