Is it true that Tim was a finalist in the DMC world mixing championships?
I entered the DMC mixing championships back in 1988 and 1989. I won the heat for the North of England in 89 and that put me into the last six in the U.K..However, I was unable to attend the final. If i had taken part and won, I would have made it into the world finals. I don’t really think of myself as a scratch DJ as such, more a dj who manipulates his decks as an instrument around the rest of the band.
