Short answer, YES and YES! The competition is judged by current NFL cheerleaders within the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins or Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization. They take their job very seriously and the girls love to have them on-hand. Because they are judging, the actuial cheerleaders selected to attend have competitive cheer experience and annually do a GREAT JOB analyzing the performance and scoring.
