Is it true that some fake ecstasy pills contain 95% caffeine ?
It could be possible, but I highly doubt they would be 95% caffeine. The most common ingredients in fake E pills are: psuedoephedrine or ephedrine, amphetamines, DXM, caffeine or chemicals similar to MDMA such as MDA. They are usually a mix. The person who said they could be LSD, heroin, etc is just spreading more bs lies. There’s a site out there called pill reports (I forget the actual link but you can google it if you want to see for yourself) that has tested hundreds if not thousands of pills from all around the country and there has only been 1 pill they found that contained heroin. That is quite a rare find. It is much cheaper for a drug producer to use cheap over-the-counter meds like psuedofed, caffeine or DXM (cough medicine ingredient) to fake a pill, rather than expensive street drugs.
