Answer Hi Carl, I cannot confirm that the song Solsbury Hill was written by Peter after seeing a Bruce Springsteen concert. It may be right but i doubt it. As for such an event decided him to go solo, i would say that’s wrong. Peter decided to go solo because he was tired of dealing with all the band to get his idea in front. He was only hoping to expand fully his imagination and needed to expand futhermore his creative mind.
