Is it true that NSP homes are fully remodeled, rehabbed and warrantied?
YES, homes are remodeled and rehabbed, but NO new warranties are not going to be placed on NSP homes. Every NSP home goes through stringent inspections as outlined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The rehabbing and remodeling work is then done under the guidance of Lee County with licensed contractors who are on the Approved List with Lee County. Homes will be sold in “move-in” condition. Only original manufacturer warranties may apply. No additional warranties will be provided.
