No. Title insurance issued by Casale & Bonner, P. C. will be at the same all-inclusive premium as that issued by a settlement agent. Title insurance is based upon a percentage of the amount you are borrowing or a percentage of your purchase price. Casale & Bonner, P. C. would have no additional fees unless issues arise requiring additional legal advice or documentation required by your lender.
