Is it true that marijuana can cause and or trigger schizophrenia?
Story time. One day, when I was 14 I was walking home from the mall. I was nearing my house, and I had to go through a park to get to it. Now, it was about 11:00PM or so and I was buzzed, but coming down from a pretty good high. As I walked through the park, I began to feel an eerie chill and a bad feeling in my stomach. Not feeling comfortable with this park, I walked faster. About halfway through the park (which was dark, with only the parking lot lit, and absolutely empty), I began to hear odd high-pitched sounds. They seemed to come from the baseball field (or diamond, whatever). Eventually, I recognized these sounds as a woman screaming. However, moving closer, the screams didn’t get any louder. They stayed with me almost the entire way home, and through my neighborhood. I was convinced that night that they were real, and I closed my blinds that in case someone had noticed that I heard the screams.
