Is it true that in Turkish culture, it is considered inappropriate for husband to do any housework?
Turkish people are reasonable people. Most Turkish men are good men. They love taking care of their family. I know many Turkish men who help their partners / wives, mothers with cooking, laundry and all sorts of housework. In the old days, men have been the dominant figure in the household as they are considered the main bread maker, hunter of the family. Nowadays, there aren’t any difference in between women and men because, both work and therefore share the housework. I know many Turkish men who would cook as good or some of them even better than their partners. There is something about Turkish men, that they are very much attached to their mothers who do everything for them as much as possible until they become adults.
