Is it true that in 1963 JFK was also shot by the driver?

While the assassination of John F. Kennedy has given rise to all manner of wild speculation and conspiracy theories, this is a new one on me–and I thought I’d heard most of them. I don’t buy into this latest spin, simply because it’s so preposterous. Had the driver been responsible, I have little doubt that he’d have been immediately swamped by not only Secret Service agents but by the crowd at large. Remember, 1963 was most definitely NOT a time when most people would passively stand by and do nothing while another was killed. Kennedy was a fairly popular president, and he was in Dallas, Texas–Texas still being a state where, as a rule, people tend to react strongly to such things. As to the film, all I’ll say is that the advent of the computer and such tools as Photoshop can make almost any sort of ‘doctored’ image possible. Glad to see you have such good critical thinking skills as to not be taken in by this sort of thing.
