This is not true. I just checked with belairdirect regarding autoshare / zipcar insrance record. They clearly refused to recognize it. Saying they won’t accept it as a valid record. Though I would have loved to hear otherwise. So either autoshare/zipcar claims are incorrect or belairdirect.

Anyone else had any luck with other insurance providers?

Yes, it’s true. If you leave the service we can provide you with a letter of coverage from our insurance company ($50), although this does not apply to employee-drivers of corporate accounts.
